He has 16 years of banking experience, specializing in sales trading Asian markets for the past 11 years.

He began his career in Lehman Brothers’ New York Government Bond Division before moving to Bangkok, Thailand, in 2003 where he joined Lehman’s Real Estate Unit, Capital Advisory Services. From 2004 Kevin served as an equity sales trader for Siam Commercial Bank Securities, Thailand, where he aided the company’s rapid progression from 12th to 3rd in Thai equity market share over just a four-year period.

Daniel Lee has 20 years of experience in stock broking. He is responsible for the Electronic Trading, proximity hosting (co-location services) and ETF business in DBS Vickers.

Prior to joining DBS Vickers, Daniel worked in equity sales, sales trading and research with WI Carr. Before that he was doing research in Occupational Psychology (Industrial and Organisational Psychology) at the University of Cambridge.

The project focused on management and organisational aspects of teleworking and decentralised work. Participants in the research included British Telecoms, Telecoms Eire and DEC. The research was sponsored by a bursary from the Overseas Research Scheme, a Cambridge Commonwealth Trust Fellowship and a bursary from King's College, Cambridge.

Roland has helped Liquidnet expand its geographical presence since joining in 2012. An initial focus on continental European members quickly expanded to include several strategic London accounts. He has also developed the trading platform expansion in emerging markets, including the launch of the on-shore South African market in 2015. In September 2016, Roland relocated to Hong Kong to lead Liquidnet’s business development and market structure efforts in the Asia-Pacific region (currently active in 13 markets).
